Ultra Light v4 "New Year Edition"

1. Added XT9 (the button with circle -bswitch now switches between SIP on and SIP off. hide sip with this button to enable xt9 input)
2. Added ArcSoft MMS
3. XIP is no more srpx compressed, now it`s at 0x400 offset,also removed ImageUpdate
4. The rotate screen icon and call history are back
5. OS 5.2.1938.18538.0.7.0 - The most stable one, it never hangs when you go to settings. At least, less frequently than even 3.43 rom
6. All PE files converted to modules - less memory leaks and faster work
